Livingston Eyre Associates are part of a successful developer led team for the new Hotel and Commercial Quarter at Rochester Riverside. Rochester Riverside is a brown field site adjacent to the River Medway and the historic city of Rochester in the Thames Gateway.

The HCQ site will serve as a gateway marker and will feature a hotel with conference facility, retail units, commercial spaces and residential units. The site is bounded by the River Medway and features part of Rochester's historic Roman wall which will be retained as part of the Hotel's garden. Enabling works have commenced on the site with a new river wall being constructed and contaminated land being capped.
