Livingston Eyre Associates have worked closely with David Morley Architects to develop proposals for North-East London's Regional Athletics Centre at Picketts Lock, Enfield. The Lee Valley Athletics Centre is a high performance training centre for local athletes, schools and club use. The facilities include a 200m internal track and a 400m external track together with an external stand.

Livingston Eyre Associates have developed proposals for all the external areas. This includes designing the outdoor track, throws and jumps areas. The existing fill from the site has been re-used in order to create a bund which helps protect the track and training athletes from prevailing winds.

The external areas immediate to the building includes a new entrance square and car parking. It was also ensuring that the whole project is successfully integrated into its green belt location with extensive planting to the track peripheries, access road and building frontages.
